Position Description:
Are you looking to join a fun, caring, family-centered early learning atmosphere? We are looking for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teacher Assistants and Floaters to join our team at our Johnston Early Childhood Learning Academy.

Qualifications:

1. Have high school diploma or GED
2. Be willing to learn and provide a positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks-5 years old
3. Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
4. Have strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
5. Provide a nurturing, loving, & safe environment for children
6. Must be flexible and enjoy working with children (ages of 6 weeks-5 years old)
7. Have knowledge of RIELDS or willingness to be trained
8. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to complete
9. Preference given to those with Early Childhood college credits
10. Must have 12 credits in Early Childhood to qualify as a lead teacher
11. Be involved in curriculum planning for hands-on activities or willingness to learn
12. Be positive, energetic & able to work with others as a team
