Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with teachers and students.
• Patient, empathetic and able to support student learning and development.
• Basic understanding of child development and teaching strategies.
• Proficient with technology and educational software to enhance learning.
• Background checks and trainings must be completed; CPR/First Aid a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
