Foundations Early Learning Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking dedicated teachers to join our fast-growing, top-rated preschool team. We offer hands-on STEAM learning, generous PTO, paid training, professional development, and tuition reimbursement to support staff growth.

We are expanding with new schools opening and provide a supportive, purpose-driven environment where your passion helps shape young minds daily. Join us full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18-years-old.
• At least 1 year experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool.
• Minimum of EDU 119 required for lead teacher positions.
• Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.

Hourly Pay Range

$15-$17 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
