Job summary

Delta-T Group Maryland, Inc. is seeking multiple Teacher Aide / One-On-One (1:1) to provide services within Baltimore school systems for the 2026-2027 school year.

As a contractor, you will help students stay on task, progress according to IEP/BIP, assist transitions between classes, and perform other duties as requested. Immediate start with long-term independent contractor schedules and competitive compensation of $18/hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background checks.
• Additional training for ADHD, Autism, etc. provided after selection.
