A supportive educational organization in Texas is seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to assist clients with behavioral needs through ABA techniques. Candidate must have a high school diploma and complete RBT training. This in-person role offers flexible scheduling and a pay rate of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Certification

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to both clinic locations (McAllen and Edinburg) as needed but will remain consistently in one location.

• In-person, in classroom and therapy settings.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (rate may vary based on experience)

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
