Job summary

Aptus Health Care in Texas is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavioral Technicians (BT) to join our therapeutic team. You will work one-on-one with clients to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities include collecting data, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families to reach treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training module required.
• Experience with autism or similar developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to commute to McAllen and Edinburg clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Deliver treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect and document progress data.

• Maintain accurate session notes.

Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism and related behavioral challenges, collecting and documenting data to monitor progress, and collaborating with families to achieve treatment goals.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma is required

Certification:

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
