Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Active RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • 1+ year of experience with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress.
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain professional documentation and follow company policies and ethical standards.
