Job summary

Ebenezer Child Care Centers, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher in Wisconsin to bring creativity and purpose to the classroom. You’ll guide peers, implement the EPIC Curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support children's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or an Associate’s Degree with substantial classroom leadership experience.
• Previous leadership experience in a classroom setting.
• Ability to meet licensing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the classroom and mentor Assistant Teachers to create a positive team environment.
• Create engaging, hands-on experiences aligned with the EPIC Curriculum.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families based on trust and communication.
• Observe growth, celebrate progress, and adapt learning to individual needs.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming classroom that invites exploration.
