Job summary

Ebenezer Child Care Centers, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to bring creativity and purpose to classrooms across our 5-Star early childhood program. You’ll design engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the EPIC Curriculum and partner with families to foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

You’ll lead a classroom team, receive leadership support, and have opportunities to grow professionally as you inspire young learners to Explore, Create, Think, Discover, and Grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or an Associate’s Degree with significant experience).
• Previous classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Must meet licensing and background requirements.
