Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at Beth El Aleph Preschool in St Louis Park, MN. The Teacher will design and implement daily lesson plans that support early childhood development across social, emotional, and academic domains. Responsibilities include leading classroom activities, guiding small group and individual learning, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. The Teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with other staff members to align curriculum and classroom routines.
