Read Write Learning Center in Pensacola, FL is seeking a dedicated Dyslexia Instructor to provide one-on-one reading intervention after school hours. You will build rapport with students, tailor support, and create a nurturing learning environment using our multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach.

Experience working with school-aged children is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is nice but not required. Training will be provided.

About the Company

Read Write Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Dyslexia Instructor who is passionate about empowering struggling readers, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our students.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic team you will provide one-on-one reading intervention, build rapport and strong working relationships with your students, provide tailored support, and foster a nurturing learning environment. We use a multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. Specialized training will be provided for all tutors, no previous training in dyslexia required, but previous teaching experience or experience working with children in a professional setting is highly preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

• Part-time, between 10-20 hours per week.
• After school hours
• Immediate hire.
• Schedule is flexible and can be tailored to your needs.
• Monday-Thursday.
• Pay $25-$30/hour.
