Job summary

Learning Care Group in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Teacher to provide caring, developmentally appropriate care for children in a licensed center. You will follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families to support each child's growth.

You will complete ongoing training on childcare topics and implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
