Job Title: Teach Manager – Child Development

As a Teach Manager – Child Development, you will have a dual role. You will manage 2-3 learning centres across India and be part of a team of Child Development subject area experts to ensure that all learning centres meet their curriculum and programme outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, implement, and revise the academic and life-skills curriculum.
2. Support learning centres in implementing remote learning effectively.
3. Revise and update lesson plans and assessments regularly.
4. Identify needs, gather feedback, and improve content continuously.
5. Maintain a vision for the program delivery to all students.

• Aptitude for research and creativity.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret programme impact.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
• Salary: ₹25,500 - ₹33,000 per month
