Job summary

Shop Local Raleigh is seeking a Tea Consultant to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting in Raleigh. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, demonstrate products, and help customers find items they love.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, balancing reports, keeping the store clean, managing inventory, and processing online orders for wholesale accounts. Some holiday/weekend shifts and light travel for events may be required.
