Johnson & Johnson is seeking a TDS Digital Operations & Strategy Co-Op in Malvern, PA. The six-month, full-time on-site program runs Jan–June 2027. You will collaborate across bioprocessing, analytics, and data science to develop analytical tools and predictive models for bioproduction.

You will gain hands-on experience with process sensors, spectroscopy, DoE, and chemometric modeling while contributing to cross-functional teams and advancing PAT-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate freshman year completed required.
• Pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a related field.
• GPA 3.0+ across coursework.
• Programming experience in Python; software tool development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, and execute DoE sample sets for complex biological matrices.
• Analyze data from process sensors and spectroscopy (Raman, IR, NIR).
• Develop and apply multivariate models to improve bioprocess understanding.
• Support development, testing, and validation of analytical models.
• Apply programming and data science to model building and visualization.
• Document methods, models, and results; communicate insights to teams.
