Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking staff to uphold its Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun and entertaining guest experience. You will promote a customer-centric culture and build lasting guest relations while maintaining spotless work areas and adhering to sanitation guidelines.

The role involves assisting with housekeeping tasks, restocking supplies, and performing duties across Front and Heart of House areas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
• Maintains a neat and sanitary appearance of assigned work area, serving utensils and equipment.
• Retrieving necessary supplies for the operational day of the kitchen (chemicals, gloves, towels, etc.).
• Cleaning all hand washing sinks located in the TDR and restocks with soap and paper towels.
• Maintains work area in a safe condition, taking care of spills and other hazards as necessary.
• Sweeping and moping floors.
• Washing tables, walls, refrigerators, etc.
• Removing trash and garbage and placing it in designated containers.
• Steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans.
• Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assisting with the cleanliness of the property Front and Heart of House.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $26.50/hr

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels, bright lights, large crowds, and high-volume guest interaction.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, Team Members, and leadership while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
