The Coveside Grill Cashier ensures courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable service of food and beverage to ensure total satisfaction of guest experience. This position is also responsible for keeping the Coveside Grill Restaurant area clean and supplies stocked.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC).
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two (2) years Fast Food experience is required to successfully perform this job.
This position requires the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. This position also requires the ability to write simple correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.
This position requires the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. This position also requires the ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
