Job description

• Excellent knowledge on Test data management strategies from a process, tools and technology perspective.
• Hands-on experience working on TDM tools like IBM Optim, CA TDM, Delphix or GenRocket (Anyone tool experience is mandatory).
• Experience in creating Test Data Models and enabling self-service find and reserve test data.
• Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments.
• Strong knowledge on creating data masking algorithms using Hashing and other obfuscation methodologies.
• Understanding of Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Sub-setting, Provisioning, and Data Security.
• Understand industry TDM trends and continuously seek to improve the maturity of TDM practice using automation.
• Ability to understand and analyze specific test data requirements and expedite them in a cost and time-efficient way.
• Expert level knowledge on Application, database, and middleware layer from a business architectural perspective.
• Ability to suggest and create feasible custom solutions for various Test data challenges that arise post data refresh.
• Experience working with legacy systems like Mainframe VSAM, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL server, and Azure Data lake.
• Ability to analyze and take up initiatives for Synthetic Data Generation and its Integration with CI/CD pipeline in automation testing.
• Understanding of every step of System integration, Functional and Regression testing and outlining the test data requirements proactively before the testing team.
• This role works with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, and Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans.
