Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and GenRocket.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Broadcom TDM components including TDM Portal (project creation, Javelin workflow design).
• Proven experience with the Delphix platform for data virtualization, self‑service portal configuration, data cloning, and automation through REST APIs.
• Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise‑level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Deep understanding of relational and non‑relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, cloud storage) and ability to handle both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end test data lifecycle from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continuously improve TDM processes.
• Familiarity with data quality, ETL/ELT processes, data profiling, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

Senior Strategic Role for TDM Architect:

• Very senior professional capable of liaising directly with Partners.
• Responsible for preparing work and requirements for the technical team.
• Involved in strategy and planning across all three managed ServiceNow instances.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Proven ability to analyze business and technical requirements, evaluate TDM tool fitment, and architect tailored data management and virtualization solutions.
• Performing TDM assessments and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, strategy, and governance.
• Designing solutions with security, resilience, scalability, and agility aligning with product development needs.
• Knowledge of regulatory and security standards such as GDPR, HIPAA to ensure compliant handling of test data.
• Ability to measure, track, and report on data coverage and quality using KPIs and OKRs.
• Continuous improvement focus to drive enhancements in TDM processes and operational efficiency.

Additional / Good to Have Skills

• Understanding of data quality, data dimensions, ETL/ELT, and Big Data concepts.
• Experience with data analytics around discovery, profiling, cleaning, and provisioning.
• Hands‑on with server environments and containerization using Docker or similar technologies.

Base salary range (Min. & Max. to be mentioned)
