2. Expertise in Planning and strategy: Developing a long-term strategy for test data management, and estimating testing tasks.
3. Hands-on with Data creation: Designing and creating test data sets that reflect production scenarios.
4. Expertise in Data maintenance: Updating test data to reflect changes in production environments.
5. Expertise in Data security: Implementing data masking and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information.
6. Expertise in Data provisioning: Making test data available to stakeholders in a secure and efficient way.
7. Professional in Compliance: Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations.
8. Collaboration: Working with QA engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand test data requirements.
9. Hands-on expertise in Tools and technologies: Using test data management tools and technologies to automate and streamline test data provisioning.
