Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of security experience required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Indoor/outdoor job; tolerance of weather, especially cold temperatures.
• Experience working in extreme environments.
• Able to walk, stand, lift for hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective crowd management and exterior/perimeter security during TD Garden events.
• Interact professionally with the public and law enforcement during events.
• Maintain a visible security presence and perform foot patrols.
• Support arena perimeter access control and eviction enforcement when needed.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, with post‑incident reporting.
