Job summary

Onesubsea in the United States is seeking a Gun Loader to maintain and load tubing conveyed perforating guns or wireline guns, ensuring adherence to maintenance programs and CMMS. The role requires experience, explosives licensing, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

• Participate in failure investigations and adhere to the fixed-step training program.

Job Title: Gun Loader

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
• Load guns according to design.
• Perform inventory reconciliation.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within CMMS to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history, including movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
• Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and remedial work plans within the MB network to improve asset utilization and CoSD.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization number, failures and work-in-process.
• Participate in failure investigations.
• Follow a fixed-step training program to ensure job training is current.
• Follow the TLM Competency Management System to ensure the job proficiency level matches the requirements for assigned activities.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience loading Tubing conveyed perforating guns or Wireline guns.
• Must be able to obtain explosives license and Level 4 clearance.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
