Shennon Biotechnologies is seeking a TCE development scientist to join our interdisciplinary team in San Francisco. You will design TCEs, optimize development campaigns, and work with antibody discovery, production, and biophysical characterization to advance therapeutic candidates.

The role requires a PhD in Biochemistry or related field with 2+ years of industry experience, strong collaboration, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

PhD in Biochemistry, Protein engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
2+ years of industry experience leading the design, production and developability optimization of TCEs or multispecific antibodies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design TCEs and execute development and optimization campaigns.
Collaborate on antibody discovery, TCE production and characterization.
Drive developability assessment and biophysical characterization.
Manage external relationships and deliverables.
Collaborate with computational scientists and immunologists to optimize candidates through engineering and in vitro/in vivo studies.
