Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of underground tunneling or mining experience, preferably with Main Beam TBMs.
• Prior experience in a crew lead, lead miner, or foreman role.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and around heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead tunneling operations on shift, including mucking and ground support activities.
• Communicate shift goals, assignments, and safety updates to crew members.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to crew members.
