Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a basic science or related field.
• Four years of related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Process blood and clinical specimens, including PBMC isolation, cryopreservation, and biobanking.
• Perform immunology assays, including ELISAs, multiparameter flow cytometry, and ex vivo stimulation.
• Maintain accurate sample inventories, lab notebooks, and data records.
• Order and track supplies and reagents, and manage inventory.
• Follow SOPs, biosafety, and regulatory requirements, and keep the lab organized.
• Help with general lab maintenance and other duties as assigned.
