Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma (Associate degree preferred), 2+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to balance priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in tax, trusts and estates or estate planning.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Tax, Trusts & Estates attorneys, including drafting documents.
• Communicate with clients by phone and mail regarding estate planning matters.
• Prepare, revise, proofread, and redline transactional documents.
• Organize estate planning binders and client materials.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Assist with vendor payments and attorney expense reports.
• Collaborate with teams to handle overflow work.
