Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP is seeking a Tax Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant to support transformation in Operations/Finance. You will collaborate with Tax subject matter specialists, technologists, and stakeholders to improve service delivery across tax compliance and advisory services.

The role demands experience in end-to-end engagement life cycle, agile methods, and effective change management. A hybrid work model is required with 2–3 co-located days per week and potential travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of project delivery and client service experience in one or more of the listed tax-related areas.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning (workplans, milestones) and deliver assigned scope on time against defined outcomes
• Partner with Tax practitioners to identify service delivery pain points, size opportunities, and drive process improvements
• Perform process analysis/modeling using agile and design thinking; translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Collaborate across the technology delivery lifecycle with product/IT and stakeholders
• Execute and facilitate testing (system/UAT) and contribute to business readiness assessments
• Develop and deliver learning materials; support deployment planning, pilots, and go-live execution
