Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP seeks a Tax Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant to join the Tax Transformation Office. You will collaborate with tax professionals, technologists, and stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery across compliance and advisory services.

The role requires 3+ years in project delivery within professional services, with strong process design, agile thinking, and change management capabilities. A CPA/attorney/EA or SAFe/PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of project delivery and client service experience in tax compliance related areas.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel up to 10%.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and deliver with quality and on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning (workplans, milestones) and deliver assigned scope on time against defined outcomes.
• Partner with Tax practitioners to identify service delivery pain points, size opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Perform process analysis/modeling using agile and design thinking; translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Collaborate across the technology delivery lifecycle, including coordination with product/IT and stakeholders.
• Execute and facilitate testing (system/UAT) and contribute to business readiness assessments.
• Develop and deliver learning materials; support deployment planning, pilots, and go-live execution.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare, support adoption with change management, gather feedback and drive action plans.
