Job summary

Koch Industries is seeking a Senior Tax Transformation Analyst in or near Plano, TX, with flexibility for Atlanta or Wichita. You will partner with tax and business teams to optimize tax processes using data-driven methods, develop data models, and deliver automation solutions across the enterprise.

Experience with SQL, Python, ETL, and visualization tools is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience performing analyses on large data sets and presenting results to stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, or ETL tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
• Analyze and improve tax and business processes using data-driven approaches.
• Contribute to development of internal tax data models and applications.
• Extract, transform, and visualize data to support decision-making and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and test solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
