Koch Industries is seeking a Senior Tax Transformation Analyst to drive data-driven tax process improvements from our Atlanta, Plano, or Wichita offices. You'll partner with tax and finance teams to design data models, automate workflows, and deliver value across the organization.

The role focuses on transforming tax processes through data visualization, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, business process improvement, tax, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and presenting concise results to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with at least one data analytics/visualization/ETL tool (SQL, Python, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Analyze and improve tax and business processes using data-driven approaches.
• Contribute to internal tax data models and applications.
• Extract, transform, and visualize data to support decision-making and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, test solutions, and ensure alignment with business vision.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
