Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Education, or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm with tax exposure.
• Experience in training, instructional design, or staff development preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws affecting individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tax training programs for new hires and staff.
• Coordinate onboarding materials and training schedules.
• Develop and enhance training curriculum with subject matter experts.
• Manage annual tax training calendar and assess training effectiveness.
• Maintain training platforms and evaluate new learning tools.
