EY in the United States is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern for the International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) ICTA team. You will engage in cross-border tax research and advisory activities with exposure to real client work across our national offices.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing LL.M. in Taxation or JD with strong academics
• US state bar membership or anticipated admission
• Self-motivated with ability to learn independently in a team
• Time management skills to prioritize multiple projects
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and writing in English; proficient with MS Office
• Interest in a hybrid client-facing model with travel as needed
• Willingness to travel beyond home location based on client needs
