Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Interest in technology, automation, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of assigned projects.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Support tax automation initiatives using Excel, Power BI, Python, and similar tools.
• Assist with development and maintenance of process documentation and workflow maps.
• Perform data collection, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation for tax reporting processes.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
