Job summary

EY is hiring for a Tax Technology and Transformation role based in the United States. The team focuses on digital tax transformation, ERP localization, and e-invoicing across multiple countries with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project implementation experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with e-invoicing solutions and configuration.
• Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to state Bar or progress toward attaining those.
• Solid understanding of GDPR/SOX and implications for ERP systems.
• Proven ERP project management experience, including planning and stakeholder management.
• Ability to generate customer deliverables such as solution presentations and configuration documents.

Responsibilities

• Understand localization requirements for business processes and guidance on SAP DRC and 3rd‑party providers.
• Design and implement ERP solutions for e-invoicing and document requirements across ERP platforms.
• Analyze ERP data structures and map to government portal requirements with data transformations.
• Provide hands‑on expert support to project teams throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless e‑invoicing integration.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to optimize performance with end‑users and teams.
• Develop connectors, mappings, transformations, and workflows between ERP systems and portals.
• Monitor roadmaps and stay updated on new legal mandates related to ERP localization.
