Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Technology and Transformation professional in the United States to lead e-invoicing and ERP localization initiatives. You will design and implement compliant solutions, map ERP data to government portals, and support deployment across multiple ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project implementation experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with e-invoicing solutions and configuration.
• Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to state Bar or progress toward attaining those.
• Solid understanding of GDPR/SOX and implications for ERP systems.
• Proven track record in managing ERP projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to generate customer deliverables such as solution presentations, status reports, and configuration documents.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and geographies; familiarity with metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand localization requirements for business processes and guidance on SAP DRC and 3rd‑party providers.
• Design and implement solutions for e‑invoicing and document requirements across ERP platforms.
• Analyze ERP data structures and map to government portal requirements (SDI, ANAF, KSEF, Peppol).
• Provide hands‑on expert support to project teams during implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless data exchange between ERP systems and portals.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize e‑invoicing performance.
• Develop connectors, mappings, transformations, and workflows for data exchange.
• Monitor roadmaps and stay updated on new legal mandates related to ERP localization.
