EY, a global leader in professional services, seeks an experienced SAP ERP Tax Implementation Manager to join the Tax Technology and Transformation Team focused on Indirect Tax. You will lead delivery of enterprise tax automation by integrating SAP ERP (ECC/S4) with external tax engines or using native SAP tax functionality for US‑based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS or Engineering with ~6 years indirect tax experience or a master’s with ~4 years.
• 6+ years SAP ERP experience (ECC & SAP S/4).
• 5+ years techno‑functional SAP ERP experience (R2R, O2C, P2P).
• Experience integrating SAP ERP with third‑party tax engines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise tax automation solutions by integrating SAP ERP with tax engines or native SAP tax functions.
• Configure SAP tax integration across Finance, O2C and P2P processes.
• Design SAP tax integrations with third‑party engines such as Vertex, Thomson Reuters, or Sovos.
• Provide client‑facing technical guidance and manage project communications.
