Job summary

EY is seeking a Business Analyst within the Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG) to lead BA efforts across portfolios, guide teams, and ensure end‑to‑end requirements coverage. The role emphasizes collaboration with QA and product teams to align business priorities with technical delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in industry BA practices (BABOK, use cases, UML) with experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• CBAP or CBATL certification preferred.
• Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the BA approach to ensure timely, high‑quality requirements delivery across the portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of BAs, performing hands‑on BA work as needed.
• Govern requirements traceability and end‑to‑end impact analysis.
• Ensure consistent application of standards and methodologies within ATTG.
• Partner with QA to review test strategies and ensure coverage.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution teams to shape roadmaps, epics, and features.
