Job summary

Plante Moran's Tax Operations and Innovation team is seeking a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or tax to participate in developing and implementing a tax technology roadmap. You will help automate, streamline, and standardize tax operations while collaborating with Tax SMEs to design, test, and maintain tools and templates.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidate with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• On track to complete degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam and obtain CPA licensure in the working state.
• Academic performance: minimum GPA 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and implementing a tax technology strategy/roadmap.
• Assist in developing low to no-code technology solutions for the tax department.
• Collaborate with Tax Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain tools and templates.
