Our Tax Technology and Transformation practice
Provides a wide range of services addressing various finance and tax operational challenges faced by our clients, focusing on technology, data, process, and people. As part of a global team of tax and technology professionals in 150 countries, you'll have numerous opportunities to leverage and expand your experience in strategy and process consulting, data management, implementing tax software systems, and designing tax system requirements to enhance client tax functions.
The opportunity
As a member of the Tax Technology & Transformation practice, you'll create innovative solutions and support relationship-building with clients. You'll participate in key projects to help clients optimize their function performance.
Your key responsibilities
- Depending on client needs and your experience, work on projects to improve tax operational effectiveness, review processes and controls including technology, assess technology system effectiveness to increase automation and data quality, evaluate overall risk to establish control environments, and design and build custom tax applications.
- Work with leadership on impactful projects as an associate or senior associate.

- Interest and experience in enhancing finance and tax functions, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with others, and develop client and colleague relationships
Minimum qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related
- At least one year (associate) or three years (senior associate) of relevant experience
- Strong interest in technology and business process improvement
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Problem-solving flair and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong organizational and client service skills
- Motivated team player
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects impacting tax (e.g., ERP, finance transformations)
- Knowledge of tax-related system integrations (Oracle, SAP, HFM, etc.)
- Experience with custom applications (VBA, SQL, Power Platform)
- Familiarity with tax technology solutions (ONESOURCE, Sabrix, Vertex, etc.)
