Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in an administrative or assistant role
• Experience or willingness to work with dynamic professionals

Responsibilities

• Go-to for client facing and non-client facing administrative tasks related to tax, including maintaining client tax documents, assist staff with workflow, assembling tax returns and electronic filing of returns.
• Use reports to manage workflow and monitor data integrity.
• Provide ongoing insight for process improvement.
• Work with tax practitioner team to ensure timely correspondence with clients.
• Communicate with clients professionally and timely.
• Handle client invoicing for services.
• Ship, scan and assemble tax returns and related documents.
• Assist with off-peak tax season projects to optimize team performance.
