Qualifications

• Must have tax accounting experience in a CPA firm.
• Experience supervising staff and managing engagements.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of tax planning and advisory conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise tax engagements from start to finish.
• Review complex returns and manage workflow across engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to build capability.
