Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Senior in Chattanooga to apply advanced tax knowledge to flow-through and individual returns, review engagements, and analyze complex transactions.

You will gather data from clients and third parties, conduct tax research, and direct multiple engagements while mentoring junior staff. This role offers growth within a collaborative, inclusive culture and ample development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Apply tax knowledge to intermediate level flow-through returns and all levels of individual returns.
• Review basic tax return engagements.
• Analyze business transactions.
• Review and guide staff on tax returns.
• Gather data from client, A&A, and third party sources.
• Conduct tax research with alternatives to satisfy client objectives.
• Resolve open items on engagements and manage workload.
• Teach and oversee staff through engagements; delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to staff.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities among existing clients.
