• CPA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple client engagements to ensure project success.
• Sets work schedules using project management skills.
• Prepares simple and complex individual and business tax returns.
• Researches tax questions and studies tax laws for savings.
• Drafts client reports and communications.
• Advises, trains and coaches team members with regular feedback.
• Provides feedback to managers for staff performance evaluations.
• Contributes to internal committees and seeks projects.
• Adheres to the firm's mission and core values.
