• At least 3 years in public accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting, tax or audit engagements and report status to engagement managers.
• Understand client's business for planning and analysis of engagements.
• Adhere to budget constraints and complete tasks on time, explaining variances.
• Review team members' work and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide engagement staff and support their development.
• Assist in client billing with managers/directors.
• Identify specialization areas and develop related skills.
• Support practice development activities and referrals.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
