Qualifications

• 4–7 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax compliance and planning.
• Experience in tax preparation for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Solid understanding of tax law and its practical application.
• CPA license or active candidacy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide consulting services to clients.
• Conduct tax research and draft memoranda on technical issues.
• Manage multiple client engagements independently and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities regarding tax matters and controversies.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams for integrated client service.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff and seniors.
• Participate in firm enhancement, marketing efforts, and various projects.
