SVA, a trusted professional services firm based in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our public accounting practice. The role emphasizes a consultative approach, leading engagements and mentoring staff while delivering strategic tax solutions for clients.

The Tax Supervisor will collaborate with teams, build lasting client relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends. Standard hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with busier seasons requiring 55+ hours weekly and summer Fridays off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor staff.
• Strong client relationship skills.
