Responsibilities& Opportunities:

• Lead the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, individual, and trust tax returns for closely held businesses and their owners
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and interns, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability
• Play a key role in managing client engagements and building lasting professional relationships
• Work closely with the tax team to achieve department goals and deliver accurate, timely results
• Oversee and execute special projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, strategic insights, and responsive service

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience providing tax services in public accounting
• 1+ years of proven supervisory or mentor experience
• A bachelor's or master's degree in accountingor equivalent
• Mustpossessthe necessary credit hours to be eligible for Certified Public Accounting licensure
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Ability to foster client relationships across various industries
• Experience with Microsoft 365 with a strong understanding of Excel and Word
• Ability to address requests from clients and the firm ina timely, precise, and professional manner
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective in both independent work and team collaboration
• Ability to consistently perform services with integrity, reliability, and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA licensure
• Passion for problem-solving and being a technical resource for team members
• Knowledge in Microsoft Teams and Zoom
