Qualifications

• 4+ years of tax services experience in public accounting.
• 1+ years of supervisory or mentor experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Must possess credit hours for CPA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of corporate, partnership, individual, and trust tax returns for closely held businesses and owners.
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and interns.
• Manage client engagements and build professional relationships.
• Collaborate with tax team to meet department goals and deliver timely results.
• Oversee special projects ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Act as primary client contact with proactive communication and strategic insights.
