Job summary

KBW Financial is partnering with a reputable public accounting firm in Hampden County, seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead tax engagements and oversee the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual returns. This in-office role offers strong client exposure and leadership opportunities as well as the chance to contribute strategically to tax planning initiatives.

The position requires active CPA or EA, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and 4–5+ years of public accounting

Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• 4–5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance.
• Experience with tax software (QuickBooks, ProFx, Lacerte, RIA Checkpoint, or similar).

• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings
