The role offers growth toward a Tax Manager within a year, a client-service focus, and opportunities to contribute to tax planning and engagement letters. CPA or EA active status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Tax.
• Active CPA or EA.
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with High-Net-Worth, Partnership, and Corporate taxes.
• Proficient with tax software such as CCH Axcess.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve engagement issues promptly.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax staff.
• Prepare complex Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns.
• Review individual and business tax returns.
• Assist with tax planning.
• Participate in admin projects such as revision of checklists and engagement letters.
